# Meet the Team

We hire people who are deeply aligned with our values of authenticity, empathy, and purpose-driven collaboration. We seek individuals who are not only skilled and experienced but who bring a grounded sense of emotional intelligence and a desire to contribute meaningfully to the world. Our team members are curious, open-hearted, and comfortable with vulnerability, seeing their work not just as a job, but as a reflection of their own personal growth and commitment to impact. We value self-awareness, a collaborative spirit, and the courage to challenge old systems in service of creating a more equitable and inspired future.

Ken has spent more than 30 years building businesses, solving complex problems, and helping organizations figure out how to move forward. His background spans business, finance, operations, strategy, and systems. He has helped build companies from the ground up and guided them through successful exits. For a long time, he was someone who simply knew how to make things happen.

About ten years ago, Ken began a different kind of journey. Having spent much of his life focused on achievement, being capable, figuring things out, and making himself useful, he started to question not just what he was doing, but what was driving him to do it. That realization led him into deep inner work exploring his early life, his relationships, his behavioral patterns, and his understanding of who he was beneath all the roles he had learned to play.

It has been a humbling path. Ken came to understand how much of what is often called strength, independence, and ambition can be shaped by underlying experiences, and how the very qualities that drive early success can sometimes keep a leader disconnected from themselves and others. He views this self-inquiry as an ongoing process rather than a destination he has finished or mastered.

Through this evolution, Ken discovered a deep interest in human dynamics: how people make sense of themselves, how their internal worlds shape their decisions, how they relate to one another, and how those dynamics play out across the businesses and institutions they build. While he reads systems and strategy naturally, he is equally attuned to the human element beneath them—where he believes the things that matter most are usually happening.

Today, Ken brings these two dimensions together through KH Impact Advisors. He serves as a Confidential Thought Partner to leaders carrying significant responsibility—founders, executives, and operators navigating critical decisions or organizational transitions. He brings decades of operational experience, perspective, pattern recognition, and a willingness to look at what is happening beneath the obvious problem. Rather than telling leaders what to do, Ken helps them see what they may not be able to see on their own, enabling them to make decisions that are clearer, more grounded, and aligned with what genuinely matters to them.

Parallel to his advisory work, Ken is developing the Innergiving Collective, an initiative that brings companies together to direct meaningful capital toward mental health non-profit organizations. This work stems from the same core conviction: that the way resources, relationships, and institutions are organized can either perpetuate systemic challenges or help create something better.

Ken’s direction is toward a life and a body of work that integrates these principles entirely. He aims to build meaningful initiatives without making his personal worth dependent on their outcomes—doing work that draws on his full professional and personal journey while leaving ample room for relationships, curiosity, freedom, and the experience of actually being present for his life.

He doesn't claim to have every piece of that puzzle figured out, seeing that as part of the point. He is less interested now in proving what he is capable of and more interested in discovering what becomes possible when that capability is paired with a deeper understanding of himself and others.

If there is a common thread running through his work, it is this: Ken is dedicated to helping people see more clearly, relate more honestly, and build organizations that are not only successful, but genuinely worth building.

His underlying belief is that there is a whole world longing to reconnect and focus on the human side of leadership—tapping into what exists within each person beneath the conditioned noise, made far more powerful together.
